VPT Components has announced as of January 8, 2020 the following transistors have been added to the Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA):

Previously qualified to JAN through JANTXV these parts are now available in JANS and JANSR quality levels.

2N2906A and 2N2907A – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/291

This qualification includes package types, L, UA, and UB.

Previously qualified to JAN through JANTXV these parts are now available in JANS and JANSR quality levels.

2N5795, A and 2N5796, A, U, UA – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/496

Previously qualified to JAN through JANTXV these parts are now available in JANS and JANSR quality levels.

2N3485A and 2N3486A – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/392

Available in JAN through JANTXV quality levels.

2N4029, UA, UB and 2N4033, UA, UB – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/512

Available in JAN through JANTXV quality levels.

• PNP Amplifier Transistors:

2N3634, L, UB; 2N3635, L, UB; 2N3636, L, UB; and 2N3637, L, UB – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/357

Available in JAN through JANTXV quality levels.

• Dual Low Power Transistor:

2N4854, U – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/421

Available in JAN through JANTXV quality levels.

• Dual PNP Matched Power Transistor:

2N5795, A; and 2N5796, A, U, AU – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/496

Available in JAN through JANTXV quality levels.

• PNP Low Power Transistor:

2N4405, UA, UB – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/448

These transistors are available in quality levels JAN, JANTX and JANTXV.
