VPT Components’ PNP Power Transistors Receive DLA Qualification

VPT Components is pleased to announce it has received DLA qualification for the following PNP Power Transistors:

2N6437 and 2N6438

Both parts have been qualified to JAN, JANTX and JANTXV quality levels per MIL-PRF-19500/508 and are available in the TO-3 package type which is suitable for demanding industrial, military, space and high reliability applications.

The 2N6437 and 2N6438 are ideal for power amplifier and medium speed switching applications.

Features include:

• High collector-emitter sustain voltage
• High DC gain current
• Low collector-emitter saturation voltage
• Fast switching times
