VPT Components’ PNP Power Switching Transistors and NPN Low Power Transistors Granted DLA Qualification

VPT Components has announced as of February 26, 2020 the following transistors have been added to the Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA):

• Power Switching Transistors:

2N2904, A, AL and 2N2905, A, AL – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/290

2N2906A, AL, AUA, AUB AND 2N2907A, AL, AUA, AUB – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/291

These transistors are now available in JAN, JANTX, JANTXV and JANTXVR quality levels.

2N5795, A and 2N5796, A, U, AU – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/496

These transistors are available in JAN, JANTX, JANTXV and JANTXVR quality levels.

• NPN Low Power Transistors:

2N2484, UA, UB – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/376

These devices are now available in quality levels JANTXVR, JANSR as well as chip versions JANHCCR, and JANKCCR.

2N2919, U and 2N2920, U – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/355

These are available in quality levels JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, JANTXVR, JANS, and JANSR.
