VPT Components has announced as of January 24, 2020 the following NPN power switching transistors have been added to the Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA):
2N5664 through 2N5667 including 2N5666S, 2N5666U3 and 2N5667S.
All parts are qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/455
These transistors are available in JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS quality levels.
