VPT Components Granted Qualification for NPN High Power Transistors by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)

VPT Components has announced that as of November 2, 2018, the following high power NPN transistors have been added to the Qualified Manufacturers List (QML):

2N5038 and 2N5039 per MIL-PRF-19500/439
2N5671 and 2N5672 per MIL-PRF-19500/488
2N6338 and 2N6341 per MIL-PRF-19500/509
2N6274 and 2N6277 per MIL-PRF-19500/514
2N6032 and 2N6033 per MIL-PRF-19500/528

These high power transistors are available in quality levels JAN, JANTX and JANTXV in the TO-3 metal can package.
