VPT Components has announced as of April 30, 2020 the following NPN switching transistors have been added to the Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA):
These transistors are available in quality levels JANS and JANSR. This qualification includes all package types including TO-18, TO-46 and surface mount versions U, UA, and UB.
