VPT Components Announces Additional Transistors Granted Qualification by The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)

VPT Components has announced as of March 31, 2020 the following transistors have been added to the Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA):

• NPN Low Power Transistors:

2N718A and 2N1613 L – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/181

These transistors are available in quality levels JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV.

• NPN Amplifier Transistors:

2N3498, L; 2N3499, L; 2N3500, L; and 2N3501, L, UB – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/366

These transistors are now available in quality levels JANS and JANSR.

• PNP Low Power Transistors:

2N5415 S, UA and 2N5416 S, UA – qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/485

These transistors are available in quality levels JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV.

• PNP High Power Transistors:

2N5683 and 2N5684 — qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/466

These transistors are available in quality levels JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV.
