VPT Components Granted Qualification for NPN High Power Transistors by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
VPT Components has announced that as of December 11, 2018, the following high power NPN transistors have been added to the Qualified Manufacturers List (QML):
These high power transistors are available in quality levels JAN, JANTX and JANTXV in the TO-3 and TO-66 metal can packages as applicable per the appropriate slash sheet. A copy of our qualification letter VQE-19-033310 is available here.
