VPT Components is pleased to announce it has received DLA qualification for the following 1A Schottky barrier rectifiers:
All parts have been qualified to JAN, JANTX, JANTXV and JANS quality levels per MIL-PRF-19500/586 and are available in both axial leaded (DO-41) and surface mount (DO-213AB) package types which are suitable for demanding military, space and high reliability applications.
Both parts feature low forward voltage at 1A and are designed to be used in a variety of applications such as low voltage, high frequency inverters, and reverse polarity protection.
